HOW TO USE WORKLINKS INFORMATION REQUIRED TO SEND A FILE
- WorkLinks referral form completed by the adjuster; Click here to submit a Referral Form
- First notice of injury
- Medical records showing RTW date with restrictions and/or MMI with PIR
- FCE and/or voc. evaluation (if applicable)
WHEN TO MAKE A REFERRAL
- Return to work release
- Pending RTW release in near future
- Maximum medical improvement
- Use as a tool to move file towards settlement
